3pm onwards - Check in & relax time (Spa facilities available**)
4:30pm - Meet up in lounge area (coffee/tea/biscuits available)
5:30pm - Unwind Pilates session 45 mins
6:15pm - Relax time - Spa Facilities available/chatter/relax time**
7:45pm - Dinner in main restaurant*Evening to relax in lounge together
 
Saturday ( 15th March)
7:15am - Around the grounds morning run (optional) easy 30 min pace
7:00am -9:30am. - Breakfast (main restaurant)
9:45am - Morning Stretch Pilates 30 mins
Latest 11:00am - Checkout of hotel room
10:30am - 30 Minutes Strength/Cardio Circuit with Jane (or relax)
11:15am - 11's (Tea/Coffee/Juice/Pastries/Bagels) 
12:00pm - 2 hour Relax time - Spa Facilites available/chatter/relax time**
2:00pm - Detox Lunch
3:00pm - Final Pilates & breathe 40 mins 
4:00pm - Retreat Ends
